DODERI
Doderi is a typically Tuscan “casa
colonica” (traditional
farmhouse), located on the top of a hillock and surrounded
by olive groves. It is situated at the meeting point between
the cultivated area and the oak woods; at 20 minutes’
walk from the lake, it is the point of departure of numerous
pathways. The vegetable gardens, orchard and hen-house, run
by Imperio, offer organic products on a daily basis.
